DELIVERY:

Once your order has been placed, it may take up to 2 business days for processing. We deliver via USPS. We automatically give you free shipping once your order reaches $100 USD.

STANDARD Shipping:
USPS Mail - First Class 
Shipping is usually 3 - 7 business days

EXPRESS Shipping:
24 hour processing time. Anything after 12 pm will processed the following day.
USPS Mail - Priority
Shipping is usually 3 days

INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
24 hour processing time- anything after 12 pm will processed the following day.
USPS Mail - International
Will take 7 - 21 business days to get to anywhere around the world. Due to our policy, our international orders are not available for exchange.

We allow EXCHANGE ONLY. Items purchased from Ava Giselle Collection are eligible for exchange within 7 days after delivery. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We do not offer “Price Adjustments”. We can not credit an order if there is a sale after you’ve placed the order or if there’s no coupon code entered at the time of purchase. 

Due to high volume of orders, please ensure that all information is correct when inputting your information. We will not be able to change the address once order starts getting fulfilled. 

CONDITIONS:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful when trying on. Makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment will not be accepted.

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

  • Email us your order number & issue with the garment (size, etc.)
  • Our team will check tracking. 
  • Items should not be shipped back until you get the ok to do so. We want to ensure your item is being shipped to the correct address.
